PMT is responsible for the management, supervision, and coordination of on-site safety for the third phase of renovations at Quinta do Marquês Secondary School, which is part of the modernization program promoted by Parque Escolar, E.P.E.

This phase of the project is based on an integrated approach to the renovation of educational spaces, with the aim of adapting the school facilities to contemporary pedagogical requirements, ensuring high standards of comfort, functionality, and accessibility.

The project involves expanding the school building through the construction of new functional wings that integrate with existing structures, as well as the rehabilitation of infrastructure and the reorganization of outdoor spaces. This strategy not only increases the available usable area but also improves the relationship between different spaces and their day-to-day use.

As part of this project, PMT provides technical supervision of the construction work, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements, as well as coordination among all stakeholders. The scope of work also includes coordinating on-site safety conditions, ensuring the implementation of best practices and compliance with applicable legislation.
