The renovation project for the new headquarters of the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT) in Lisbon focuses on three main functional areas, aiming to adapt the space for informal work settings. In doing so, ACT seeks to embrace the growing coworking trend—ensuring greater flexibility and fluidity between workstations—and align with the contemporary design concepts found in modern office buildings for the approximately 150 employees who will occupy the new space.

PMT is responsible for construction supervision and safety and environmental coordination, while also providing support regarding electrical infrastructure and mechanical systems (HVAC).
