PMT achieved a score of 81 % on the Organizational Well-being and Happiness Index (IBF), based on the diagnostic model developed by SCORING in partnership with the Happiness Academy.
This result reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to creating a healthy, balanced, and people-oriented work environment, solidifying its position as an organization that values the well-being and development of its teams.
An integrated model that assesses people and the organization
The Organizational Well-being and Happiness Index is based on a model structured around two fundamental pillars:
On the one hand, the Psychological Axis, which assesses how employees experience and perceive their professional environment, considering dimensions such as positive emotions, engagement, interpersonal relationships, sense of purpose, fulfillment, and vitality.
On the other hand, the Organizational Axis, which analyzes the company’s structural and systemic conditions, including factors such as the physical environment, management practices, organizational culture, human resources policies, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance.
This integrated approach allows for an in-depth understanding of organizational well-being, cross-referencing individual perception with structural reality.
A positive, collaborative, and purpose-driven work environment
The results reveal an emotionally healthy organizational climate, characterized by enthusiasm, optimism, and positive interpersonal relationships. The analysis also highlights a work environment grounded in the values of trust, respect, and cooperation, where people feel safe to share, collaborate, and grow together.
Another distinguishing factor identified is the strong sense of collective purpose, with most employees recognizing the value and impact of the work they perform daily.
This alignment translates into a team with positive energy, sustained motivation, and high resilience—essential characteristics for responding to the challenges of a demanding sector such as engineering and construction.
Well-being as a strategic pillar
For PMT, organizational well-being is not merely an indicator, but a strategic pillar for the company’s sustainability and growth.
The commitment to practices that promote work-life balance, continuous development, and the empowerment of people has been instrumental in consolidating a solid organizational culture focused on excellence.
This recognition reinforces PMT’s positioning as a company that combines technical expertise with a strong people-oriented culture, creating the conditions to attract, develop, and retain talent.
